This role drives projects as a business leader, working closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders. From planning to operation, you will lead every phase and guide complex projects to success.

Focusing on architectural design, this role shapes entire spatial experiences. From projects designed from scratch to collaborations with world-renowned architects and creators — and even ventures into mobility and urban design — you will express the unique world of NOT A HOTEL through a wide range of design disciplines.

This role oversees design quality across all NOT A HOTEL properties, ensuring functionality, performance, and an exceptional guest experience. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you maintain the brand’s vision and value while upholding the highest standards of quality.

This role directs and produces image renderings, exploring design concepts through 3D modeling and rendering. Involved from the design stage, you work alongside designers to craft ideal spatial imagery that brings each project to life.

Coordinating with design firms, construction companies, and other partners, this role leads equipment and structural design and supervision across multiple projects. As the head of engineering management, you oversee quality and technology to support every building and space from an engineering perspective.

This role is responsible for maintaining and evolving each property to ensure it remains beautiful and comfortable over time. Beyond daily maintenance and repairs, you preserve the architecture’s appeal and functionality, continually refining spaces and enhancing experiences so that they continue to deliver lasting value.

This is a key role leading the financial and accounting operations specific to architectural projects. The scope includes overseeing a wide range of responsibilities such as procurement and cost management of FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Working closely with professionals across project management, design, and business development, you will ensure sound budget execution while maximizing the long-term value of each architectural asset.
